The door on the right leads to a room with three paintings. In here, you need to solve a puzzle to open a door on the right. To solve this puzzle, equip a Big Bead of Red Wax and a Big Bead of Blue Wax to your rosary. Then cut yourself to open the door.

To solve the roman numeral puzzle, enter and return on the door on the left four times until the plate on the left says "IV" (equip the Shroud of Dreamt Sins to see it) and then enter the door on the right two times and return until the plate on the right says "II".
