@gabsmashh I struggled with the insane cost of business internet @ home office and finally justified the cost due to SLA — both Comcast biz and now vzw Fios biz have saved my *** by actually rolling trucks and techs to our spot within 1hour when we had outage

The rep then said she can’t do that because we didn’t pay the bill. Worst customer svc ever Not to mention they are liars about not shutting off service. Over an oversight which was paid immediately upon noticing @comcast @Xfinity & all the rep said was sorry but won’t turn it on

well, the @Xfinity @comcast help page is still “loading” a full 29 HOURS since i first tried to access it to cancel my account before moving. bravo, @Xfinity, you are truly committed to making your customers suffer. really the cherry on top of trying to move during a pandemic.

It’s 2020 and my internet service still drops off occasionally and always at the most inopportune time. Please don’t make me have to change my service provider for the 3rd time in a year @RCNconnects you are a joke @Xfinity you too are a nightmare. Where do I go from here...

@gabsmashh had doubts about Comcast biz because ... Comcast ... but biz service was great including direct 24x7 to techs who could do a reverse dns entry live while on phone vs punting to escalation queue and waiting days. Better techs and real SLAs for connectivity sorta justifies $$$$$

Yes 400 is small, but these are students who were id’ed at the onset of Covid as having NO internet access at home

@SmallBizPhilly @Xfinity Samsung galaxy S22 ultra. Bought brand new in the store. Employee put my protection plan on the wrong line. I contacted Xfinity for months to fix it. They basically said oh well we are not going to fix it. I'm making payments on the device still. Really?

So today I learned Comcast ****** me! When I moved out of my old place, I asked them to cancel my account but whoever I was talking too decided to instead put it on hold (probably for some bullsh*t company policy reason) so now they say I owe money??? **** offfffff >:(
