As an example, local dealer quoted 30 days out to do a recall that was a reflash of the BCM. Long-Lewis got me an appt in 7 days. Got another recall, one to enhance the previous one, and they got me in less that 5 days. They have an awesome service department that is exceptional in their communications skills. They truly care about the customer!!Thanks so much for keeping me safe! More

Up front pricing was a breath of fresh air. I contacted multiple dealerships requesting a total price and was unable to get that information without calling or filling out a credit application I contacted multiple dealerships requesting a total price and was unable to get that information without calling or filling out a credit application. Hoke gave me an out the door price within minutes of my request online. I was worried there would be surprises like documentary fees or other fees the other dealers tried to add but never had anything other than just the vehicle and state tax and title. All dealers should have this policy! Thank yo Hoke, Chris, and JD for making this the best buying experience I have ever had. More

I always carry all my vehicles to Long Lewis in Florence, Alabama for all scheduled services, that's a given. Daniel & Brittany are such professionals who ALWAYS go above and beyond ALL expectations.Not only for all scheduled services, but if asked, for excellent recommendations.Once I inquired if they could recommend a business to have my new Ford Ranger & Lincoln Navigator Reserve L, which I purchased from Long Lewis in Muscle Shoals, Ceramic Coated. They researched it for me, wow!! I am extremely pleased with the lifetime ceramic coating as well.This is why I always want both of those vehicles detailed by hand and not run through a tunnel. They are fast and when finished they honestly look better than the day I drove them off the showroom floor.However, these are the two vehicles I bought from Long Lewis, I also carry an older vehicle which has been kept in excellent condition, for it's age, which is no longer manufactured, my 2007 Hummer. I carry it to Long Lewis in the Shoals for all services and detailing because they are the best. More
